Hello Brookhaven Barracuda Swim Families!

First off, a HUGE THANK YOU to each of you for signing your kids up and dedicating time to support our swim team. Here are a few important details to note as you register for your volunteer slots.

As a reminder, each family is required to sign up for a minimum of 4 volunteer shifts, and one additional shift for each additional child on the team.

• 1 swimmer = 4 shifts
• 2 swimmers = 5 shifts
• 3 swimmers = 6 shifts
• Volunteer sign-ups will open at 8:00am on May 4th and close at midnight on May 7th. If you’ve not signed up for the required number of shifts by that time, we will assign your roles for you.

Our BIGGEST volunteer need this season is for Stroke/Turn Judges. While this role requires just a tiny bit of extra training, it is not difficult, and anyone can do it.

• We are offering INCENTIVES! For each shift worked you’ll receive a credit for a free Chick-Fil-A meal or to use at the Team Store - which is stocked with some really cool merch this year, including croc charms and parent T-shirts!
• This position comes with a SHADED front row view of the pool.
• With 7 meets and 4 total Judge shifts per meet we have a total of 28 shifts to fill, and are trying to take the burden off the handful of people who went above and beyond their required shifts to do this job for us last year.

We appreciate all of your time and dedication. Swim literally cannot run without our volunteers!

**HOW TO SIGN UP?**: Follow the website link below to view each of the (7) upcoming swim meets. At 8:00am tomorrow, May 4th - a link will populate next to each swim meet that allows you to sign up for your Volunteer Slots.
